Shipping information
All deliveries are shipped from Switzerland.
Free shipping:
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 97. For orders under CHF 97.00 we charge a delivery fee of CHF 7.00.
Shipping time:
- Standard shipping: Orders are processed within 3-6 working days. The delivery time is 3-7 working days depending on the region.
- Express delivery: We offer express delivery on request. Orders received before 14:00 are processed on the same day and delivered within 2-3 working days. Additional costs for express delivery are shown in the order process.
International orders:
We ship worldwide! Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and are calculated during the checkout process.
Tracking your order:
As we are a very small company, we do not send tracking numbers for shipping. However, if you have any questions about your order, we are always happy to help you personally.
Customs duties and taxes:
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes levied by the country of destination. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
Returns & exchanges
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option of returning it within 14 days. The products must be returned unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Return process:
- Important! Send us an email to info@carina-cashmere.ch or fill out the request form.
- As the goods are very delicate, we ask you to pack the goods carefully in the film/materials supplied. If the return is damaged, unfortunately we can not accept the return.

- Hand in the parcel at a post office near you.
Exchange:
Would you like to exchange your product for a different color or size? No problem! Simply follow our returns process and indicate which item you would like to receive in exchange.
Refund:
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 working days.
