General terms and conditions

1. scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the Carina Cashmere online store. An order via the Carina Cashmere online store becomes binding as soon as the customer accepts the GTC and clicks on “buy”. Carina Cashmere reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

2. order & delivery

The Carina Cashmere undertakes to deliver the orders entered through its online store, provided that they are in stock. Delivery is usually made within 10 days. If the delivery time is longer, the customer will be informed and can renounce the ordered item or order another item.
You order from an online store that only sources products from a developing country. Please understand if an item is not available.

3. prices & currency

The prices of all available products are visible. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. In the event of a mistake in the tendering of prizes, the customer will be informed and may withdraw from the contract.

4. shipping & shipping costs

Shipping is possible to Switzerland and Europe. However, the delivery can then be significantly longer.
Orders are free of shipping costs within Switzerland from 50 CHF. If items over 50CHF are ordered and then returned so that the invoice price is effectively lower, the shipping costs are to be paid subsequently.
The shipment will be made by Swiss Post.

5. payment & payment options

Orders are possible only by invoice. If the bank charges fees, they are fully borne by the buyer.

6. return or exchange

All items can be returned within 10 days in original packaging. Please order only items that you want to be effective. If you are unsure about the color, please feel free to contact us. Returns must be notified in advance to admin@carina-cashmere.com.

7. colors

Color reproduction is displayed very differently on computer monitors depending on the model and setting. Therefore, the color may differ greatly from the photo. Please also note that with us everything is handmade. Small weaving defects make the product unique.

8. personal data

All personal data will be stored exclusively at carina-cashmere.

9 Applicable law

Furthermore, all relations between the Client and Carina Cashmere shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.

10. place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Seuzach.
