All orders are shipped within a maximum of 10 days. If you need an item urgently please write us an email.
Free shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein from an order value of CHF 99.00.
For orders under CHF 99.00 we charge a delivery fee of CHF 7.00.
Returns/Warranty
1. the delivered goods do not meet my expectations. How can I return them?
We provide a voluntary 10-day return policy. The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged and originally packed.
As the goods are very fragile, we kindly ask you to pack the goods carefully in the supplied foil/material.
If the return is damaged, unfortunately we can not accept the return.
