Frequently asked questions
What makes your quality so special?
We attach great importance to transparency. That is why we have divided the collections into 3 quality levels. Our 1st premium quality level, for example, is practically unrivaled on the market, as mostly mixtures are sold.
Where does your cashmere come from?
Our cashmere comes from Mongolia, where the cashmere goats, in the cold mountain air, form the whole fine cashmere undercoat, which is particularly warming.
The cashmere wool is carefully combed out by the shepherds. Read more about cashmere production under this link.
How should I care for the cashmere scarf?
Don’t worry, cashmere is relatively easy to care for. If it is not dirty, it is best to dry it in the fresh air or hang it in the bathroom. The vapors from the shower will make it smell wonderfully fresh again. Allow your scarf to rest for 24 hours after each use. This will allow the fibers to recover. It is best to wash it in the machine at 20 degrees wool gentle cycle. Of course you can also wash it by hand, but please make sure that the water is not warmer than 20 degrees. Please use wool detergent and no fabric softener. Dry your scarf flat and then steam it thoroughly.

Are cashmere scarves itchy?
Cashmere is not a scaly wool such as that of the sheep or alpaca. For this reason, the fiber itself can not actually itch. However, the cheaper scarves use very short fibers, which can then escape from the fabric (this is called pilling, looks like small balls) these can cause itching. Pashmina scarves made of 1st quality cashmere generally do not itch even very sensitive scarf wearers(1st quality scarves).

“The cozy cashmere scarf is my constant companion. It spices up any outfit and still looks natural. I prefer to wear it wrapped around my neck or casually draped around my shoulders. I am impressed by the texture and the sustainably produced material.”
